Welcome to the HeroToyz Affiliate Program — share the building-block toys you love and earn commission on every order you refer. It’s free to join and takes about two minutes to get started.
What Is the HeroToyz Affiliate Program?
A simple way to earn by sharing the products you already enjoy.
When you join, you get your own personal referral links — one for our store and one for every individual product. Share them anywhere: social media, blogs, group chats, forums, or with friends and family. Whenever someone makes their first purchase through your link, you earn 5% commission on the product value. There’s no cost to join and no limit on how much you can earn.
⚙️ How the Affiliate Program Works
Four easy steps from sign-up to payout.
Log In to Your Account
Use the account whose email address matches your order account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one first — it’s free.
Grab Your Affiliate Link
Go to My Account → Affiliate Area → Affiliate Links. There you’ll find your store-wide link and links for individual products.
Or Just Browse the Store
While you’re logged in, every product page automatically shows your own unique affiliate link. Find a product you love, copy its link, and you’re ready to share.
Share and Start Earning
Post your link wherever your audience is. When someone buys through it, your commission is tracked and added to your account.
💰 How Your Commission Is Calculated
Clear and straightforward — no surprises.
Your commission equals 5% of the actual product payment, calculated on the product total after any discounts or coupons are applied.
✓ Counts toward commission
- The product payment amount, after discounts
✗ Does not count
- Shipping fees
- Taxes
- Handling fees
Example: a customer you referred buys a $200 set (after any discount). Your 5% commission is based on that $200 product value — not on the shipping or tax they also paid at checkout.
🔗 How Tracking Works
So you know exactly when a sale counts as yours.
When someone clicks your affiliate link, a cookie is stored in their browser that tags them as your referral. If they complete a purchase within 90 days of clicking, the sale is credited to you — even if they didn’t buy right away. The customer must reach checkout through your link, and their browser needs to allow cookies for tracking to work.
💵 Getting Paid
When and how your earnings reach you.
- Eligible commissions are paid out on the 1st of every month, once your balance reaches the $100 minimum.
- Payouts are sent via PayPal, so make sure your PayPal email is up to date in your Affiliate Area.
- Payouts may take a little longer around public holidays or other special circumstances — please allow some extra time.
📋 Program Rules
The key things to know before you start sharing.
- New customers only. Commission is earned on a referred customer’s first purchase with HeroToyz.
- No self-referrals. You can’t earn commission on your own orders or by using your link on your own account.
- Refunds cancel commission. If a referred order is refunded, the commission from that order is cancelled.
- Holding period. Commissions stay pending until the related order is completed. If the customer doesn’t manually confirm receipt, eligible commissions are released automatically after about 120 days.
- Share honestly. Please don’t use spam, misleading claims, or paid ads on the HeroToyz brand name to promote your links.
