Moriya Masanobu –
Second order at this seller. Just like the first time, I received the two models ordered in 10 days via Fedex: the detective’s office and the bank. I checked the package and no bag seems to be missing, the records let presumably a nice assembly with all the details like the pool, the dart game, the retractable fan, the different caches, etc.

First set I ordered, out of stock. I offered a second option. Also out of stock. Finally got to the third. By this time, weeks have passed so shipping was no faster. Then an amazing number of missing pieces. Absurd amount. Unbuildable. And it takes forever to get replacement parts (still waiting). I absolutely will not be ordering again.

Hi Shane, thanks for the feedback and we’re sorry your experience was frustrating. Just a bit of context for other readers: when we run sales, some items can go out of stock quickly, and we always discuss options with the customer if that happens. We aim to reply within 24 hours once orders are placed. Unfortunately several of your emails were caught in our spam folder, which caused delays in our back and forth. Regarding the parts — as we discussed multiple times over email, the parts weren’t actually missing. It turned out you were referencing the L brand manual instead of the clone brand printed manual that came with your set. There are some modifications in the clone version that aren’t reflected in the L manual. Thanks again for the feedback and for your patience throughout.
